TOMO 26,115
I had one casseroled this weekend.....I don't mess around with all that soaking....just straight in the big stew pot and surrounded by loads of veg herbs and o pacet of chicken cassarol mix.....3 hours in the oven ...perfect... katch.....I have done the breadcrumb thing and it is very good.....kids will like it....but it can be fidly..... best thing to do is go and buy some breadcrumbs from the supermarket...... just use a sharp knife and get the meat of the bone....and cut in to the size strips you want.....then they need flattening with a rolling pin.....then dip in seasoned flour ..then egg then the breadcrumb wich you could season as well.....then in the frying pan for a few mins either side.....then dipped in ketchup or bbq sauce 1 Quote Link to post
talt 878
We have used those cooking bag things to do them in. My favourite one so far is the rustic chicken flavour from Colmans i think, but they've all been good. Quote Link to post
