I personally think we are a great club (I would say that wouldn’t I !) and if someone wanted to do something brilliant without the weight of expectation then there’s no finer place. Blackmag 6,263
You never know wilf sometimes that sort of challenge could appeal to some building something they can create and not having that expectations adding that pressure you see at other teams in the prem
gnasher16 30,714
Pellegrini just doesnt have the personality to motivate players.... im told that Noble is more like a manager than the manager is he is literally running the show and it makes sense because theres nothing else he offers this squad ! Lee Bowyer is a good shout but then theres probably a bit of sentiment creeping in there....i just think we,re entering a stage of top level football where managing a squad of players takes a lot of energy and fresh ideas i dont think we,ll see too many of the Pellegrini/Hodgson/Warnock types for too much longer. Be interesting to see who pitches up at the Arsenal next they,re talking about the Wolves geezer which will be a shame for them.....maybe Brendan Rodgers is a good fit ?

WILF 48,542
I was excited about signing that Haller but at the minute he has a face on him like he got off the bus at the wrong stop, in a town he don’t know and don’t have any change in his pocket for a fair back again ! Thing is mate, Fowler was still doing the business.......him and houllier fell out and Fowler left over all that more than football reasons.......it seemed like the club was selling out to houllier and his new European ways and got them nowhere.......imagine a young hungry Fowler playing under klopp at anfield now......he would take him under his wing and make him feel on top of the world not ship him off to Leeds at 26 and in his prime! Stoney100 1,179
Let’s all take a moment to remember just how good Fowler was.......better than Suarez imo

The whole spice boys turn out wouldn’t even get in a Klopp side I’m willing to bet.....I reckon a coach like Klopp is too professional for all that pissing about. 2

Different times mate.
