NEWKID 27,850
On a 4 day break with the family an hour down the road in South Devon.... always take the rods... Me and Fin were up before first light on the rocks, great place to be... Big thanks to Arry for the info, only managed 2 small turbot, but as always the fish start biting as you're about to get cut off!! Lol After 3 more lasts casts! we had to head off, a slightly wet foot for me was the penalty for staying 10 mins too long...old mountain goat boy is still young enough to jump the incoming tide!! philpot 5,067
To old and fat to handle the rocks or at least getting on and off the rocks. Love that sort of fishing but sadly in Lincolnshire where I live it is easy fishing out of the car on the sea wall but very boring to catch flounder in the summer and whiting with a few cod in the winter. I love fishing in Anglesey as there are plenty of different varieties of fish, bait or lure, it's all good. Enjoy the time with your son, it is surprising how quickly they grow up and only want girls and booze so make the most of it and take a ladder with you Phil 1 Quote Link to post
