It looks like a classic  "wet sore" it's an infection in the hair follicles,  clip the fur back past the Infection and wash with hibiscrub, treat with Fusiderm,  now renamed Isaderm

Get all of that from the chemist, not the vets, 1/4 the price.

When my dog had something fungal years ago I was advised on here to use canisten from the chemist,  give the dog the tablet and then the cream daily.

You can get it from the chemist but it's half the strength of what you'd buy at the vets, get a prescription off a vet and buy it yourself from pet drugs online.

May well need and oral treatment if it is ringworm that doesn't settle, once its in hair the shaft the topical treatments can't reach it. Unfortunately your other dogs are likely carriers which will mean either treat all or risk re infection once treatment is finished.

Ffs it gets better just bin told the lurcher got 2 have its toe off that's if the can stop the infection

The ringworm is on the terrier mate so I'll sort the pair o them out eventually
