The majority of dog owners in this country really are not fit to be dog owners. Not saying that particular woman, but most dog owners, regardless of the breed they procure, will buy that dog on a whim, with no knowledge at all of that particular breed, it's physical needs, mental charecteristcs, etc, or dogs in general. All dogs need ALOT more than a 10 minute walk twice a day, and a few throws of a ball or whatever, to keep them grounded, happy and secure. Not trivialising this incident 3

gnasher16 30,534
Anything born from nature has the propensity to be " bad ".....usually it doesnt come to the surface but put enough ticks in the bad nurture column as well and dont be surprised when that bad nature shows itself.

jetro 5,349
A woman a few years ago not far from me was killed by her son's bullmastiffs. They had to shoot one of them just to get to her body. She was around these dogs every day. Just goes to show you can't trust any dog 100%. Atb j

Atb j That’s true, no offence, but anyone that says any dog never mind dog with aggression in their blood is 100% is not thinking right........they may be 100% SO FAR but that’s no guarantee of anything. I seen a couple of red noses for sale the other day and for a moment went “Ohh” then right away I think how I have a 6 year old plus other kids and I just wouldn’t even entertain it. I just wouldnt want a dog that requires so much thought and planning every day anyway. Edited September 25, 2019 by WILF

If any one comes around for a visit, especially with kids I put her away. Not saying she would do anything, but not willing to take the chance either. Atb j
