big napper 3,622
Went out last night with my mate to try out the pard nv i got and the nv spotter from a lad on here, my mate was spotting and me shooting tonight with my hw100 with bisley mags, (cant believe how good they both are for the money) first time on this land with nv normally use gun lamp the very few times iv been at night, anyway we seen loads of rabbits, 2 badgers that were quite close and about 10 deer, watched the badgers for about 10 mins trotting around and digging for grub, i ended up getting 10 rabbits (2 lost) all between about 15 and 50 mtrs, both these nv's are great for the money, looking forward to next outing with them 5 Quote Link to post

Baldcoot 2,352
Love the Pard , as Pav said total gamechanger makes Photon look stoneage ,like a 70,s b n w tv in comparison .That spotter looks like my "fake hawke" again they do a good job and work without the flickering picture of photon. I put a T20 i,r on my spotter and the range is at least half as much again .But now i got a thermal spotter it,s a different world as foxes can see I/R but not thermal so watch them in glorious colour then shoot in pard b n w . As always good shooting B/N and it,s great watching the wildlife chug about and not realise your there atb 2 Quote Link to post

Baldcoot 2,352
I got the 7 over the 8 for swappsies Jimmy ,about 20 quid a time for the bayonet adaptor means the 7 goes on my CZ or my P/H ,rather than dedicated like the 008 is .I do hear the 8 has slightly better imagery i suppose as its dedicated to its own lens and not through whatever scope you have ,enjoy it atb Quote Link to post
