Thought so mate Strong looking animal I’ve seen this colouring pop up a few times with line breeding bedlington xs there was a lad on the bedlington group that had a rough coat line bred bedlington greyhound same colour people were saying can’t be genuine x got to have saluki in it to get that colouring

Think if I ever breed again in the future when I need replacements I’m going to keep it tight with the bedlington xs I’m thinking aunt to nephew as a very likely possible

Crazy ain’t it. This lads stuff wasn’t out of the same as northerns guys stuff think the lad who bred this lads dog was a welsh guy who keeps a line funny how the same colouring pops up in two separate guys lines

It's a phantom hey. But in all retrespe t the colour has easily come from the old English black and tan terrier. Or modern history lake land we gad some black tans from gutchcomon Bedlington blood ta whippets atb bill

Plenty of blue and tan gutch common beddy lurchers about years ago. My brother in law had one in 1981 I think. Cracking little bitch, g c beddy  x whip/grey. Died of gastroenteritis

Dunno mate. Only seen a couple of blue and tan beddys, seen plenty of blue beddys and liver beddys, but a fair few blue and tan beddy/greys or beddy/whppets. And the lurchers have always been a darker blue than the pure beddys
