First aid kits

Following on from the injury thread..

What do you class as essential items/things you've picked up over the years?

I've just got a basic shop bought one so would be good to add to it

In the motor, bottle of clean water, large clean towel and out of hours vet number in the phone. I'm rarely more than half an hour from home or similar and anything serious is best sorted in good light and with time to make a proper evaluation.

To be honest dont carry first aid but if i know the nights gonna be a goodun might take a nourishment drink or glucose drink for the dogs just incase the wobble comes on.

If it's just a normal every day walk across few fields and a bit bushing along the river I don't normally take anything ,if it's days ferreting lamping I take water,green oil,towel,and energy drink and my phone with vets number .

Comprehensive first aid kit in the motor, better than we have in the house or at work tbh.
