king 11,984
A proper hard man is no pub prick. Who might think he is handy with his fists. By banging out a load of 16yr olds. A real hard man who is the real deal. Is a baby surgeon or child surgeon Who operates on the above day in day out. He Obviously has bad days when a child is lost in surgery. Or good days when he saves a child's life. But goes home at the end of the day to his wife and kids. But goes to work the next day... A real proper hard man Who I have massive respect for. The tv and media is full.of these stupid people on love island or. Britain's got talent. It's a crazy world where the best people in this country are tottaly ignored. Working on a 2 day old child to save there life.. is off the charts in my eyes. God bless the surgeons.....

Massive difference between the 2 to be honest. One is a.#1 knob and 1 is an amazing person. Being hard is very.very different. Just imagine yourself sitting in a room in a hospital sipping a coffee Having just lost a kid. Massive difference mate. Hard pricks In a pub a nothing in my eyes And they will never be anything

Seriously what the f**k is with threads about hard men. What's wrong with just being a normal guy. It's just trying to balance what people think is a hero rusty. Child surgeons in my eyes ain't normal guys. That's some real grit. But they get no praise.
mushroom 13,376
I just popped my mum on there as my hard hero... I think you're being a bit narrow minded on how that thread has evolved.
fireman 11,038
The most shocking thing i have ever seen by far is my own child at 2 weeks old all wired up in a hospital bed after having a kidney removed and without sounding billy big balls iv'e seen/lived the real trainspotting world and more and seen some fecking things. But after 2 years of regular hospital visits when the surgeon told me he wouldn't be as we don't need to see each other again iv'e never felt more in the pressance of a great man,to me a all time hero who not only had the skill to do what he did but to have the bravery to cut into a new born baby... 4

I hope your child is doing well FM A surgeon operated on our lad Kurt at 2 days old.and saved his life... He is nearly 16 now.And apart from a few things is doing really well. And I was amazed and blown away by what the surgeons done. It gives you total different outlook on life. Nothing can faze me or strike fear in me like those surgeons did that day.

It’s a nice sentiment but pretty ridiculous......the TV and media isn’t full of these programmes you mention at all and no one who matters will give a man banging out 16 year old kids the time of day. real hard men will carry on with their business in silence same as a surgeon because it pays to be professional. The ones you mention only get more attention if folk talk about them or start threads about them on a hunting forum If someone is irrelevant and meaningless in your life it’s best to keep it that way and just carry on
