eddy cochran 0
hi,my nephew has just bought an airarms s 400 and neither him nor me are sure about refilling the rifle, the filler is just under the silencer and it looks very awkward to get a buddy bottle on it,does he have to get it recharged at the local shop, via a divers bottle, any of you good folk know ? landrover 6
elther a diver's bottle or hand pump (stirrup) will do diver's bottle will need a hose and gauge hope this helps Quote Link to post
bill88 6
Take it to your local shop,or gun club, and watch how they put the air in from the divers bottle, its a simple procedure, but potentially very dangerous if done incorrectly.I would recommend a divers bottle in preference to a pump,if and when you decide to get your own. maty j 6
remember if its the first fill it will need a quick blast of air from a dive bottle to close the seal. if youve only got a pump cock the rifle and then charge to 180-190bar. i use a pump, too much hastle with a bottle but each to there own..
