It was only said in jest, why hasn't a mod removed the post if it's showing illegal activity? Anyone sent the guy a PM to explain all this? No thought not ....just the usual preaching.

I din't even knock the guy, just pointed it out to him thats its illegal.

Because mods don't read every single thing posted. We usually remove posts that put hunters in a bad light, but frankly it gets tedious trying to save people from themselves, then being accused of over-zealous moderation, and the several threads that inevitably follow asking where so-and-so thread has gone.
