 the ones i seen in the 80s  seemed  bit lighter in build to   some that ive seen  in  recent years, but  in saying that one of the best bullxs iever seen , was tug 1x staffx grey , he was 26in and about  75 lb . my 1/4  pit 3/4 grey  was similar   size  out of joe smith stuff, joe liked his 1/4 breds he never liked them to big, great dogs he bred , he more of a terrier bloke really though had some good jacks   , not sure if he still keeps dogs now .

Dogs only 4 months old in the picture pal and just gone 5 months old in the other one... So hopefully hell be right for look at the end of the season and be left till the next after that

Ive had terriers catching rabbits at 6 months old while out n about. Behave yaself man its a rabbit not a red stag lol most my lurchers have a few rabbits but that time not ever walking them upto one on a slip just getting them about. Seen a couple have a roe by six month. Not everyone holds back until a year plus.
