Truly awful this could happen anywhere in the world ffs, the fact it's happened in London is just no surprise to me anymore. Guess its all just part and parcel of living in a big city eh?

There is no names or anything come out yet so let's not jump to conclusion's as could well be white person. 

And tbh race is irrelevant in a case like this (to me anyway) some poor premature baby has just been welcomed to this earth in the most horrific way possible
