Joe1888 672
Have some big confifers in bottom of garden. Can i build a concrete pad ontop of the soil instead of digging down and hitting roots? Avoiding killing the trees or making them weaker in winds. garden is alittle sloped so if i was to build ontop then it would level out. Pad would be for a garage.
