BlueCoyote 0 Posted January 4, 2008 Report Share Posted January 4, 2008 (edited) they need to bring back the old laws... thieves of any sort should lose a hand, or hang'em high from the nearest oak tree.... dogs are property, right? stealing someones property is against the law. but then again.. i dont know about in the UK but in the US we have radicals that want to change the canine/owner relationship from Canine = Property to something a little more "human"... you wont be your dogs owner.. but instead your dog's GUARDIAN.. meaning your dog now has the same status as a human child. so if someone disagrees with your methods of training and correction they can take your dog away from you..... who is behind it? who else?
