Is it not turning at all, misaligning or, just feeling rough when you push the pellet through?

Yeah just stuck, can't move the bolt forward or back

It's hard to say without having the rifle in front of me but, I reckon the o ring on the probe could be damaged and, there may also be a damaged pellet lodged in there.

 

I'd try wiggling the drum and the mag while pulling the bolt back.

You might just have to force it and repair any damage caused afterwards - hopefully just a knackered o ring
