If i do chop the hw100 in it will ether be the black synthetic or the black and gray laminate

it was the blue laminate i tried at the rfd,s

Black n grey laminate looks really nice.

Just been looking at a Ruger .22lr, keyhole laminated stock , satin silver barrel and the fit is superb but I don't know what the price is yet as it had only just arrived from a guy who is selling up all his stuff. I think I might pop in tomorrow and test it while Trish is out

Enjoy the new gun and extras Jimmy, you deserve it mate. 

           I tried the Ult` Sporter at my range some months back and I too was tempted.

           Once adjustments to the stock are made to fit you the gun goes to a different level.

          As you know, a well fitting gun takes the accuracy available a lot easier to attain. That Sporter was one of the most pointable rifles I`ve ever held 

          Good luck with it mate, the one I shot was .177 by the way and her accuracy was astounding with AA Fields 8.4g, 4.52.

This is the gun which has me looking longingly. I think I need to come out of retirement and earn some dosh so I can get a few guns which are pulling my strings.

Ive never been able to afford a new gun.

But all thiz talk of new guns has me itching for something.

Probably a new tin of pellets, if im lucky.

I was going to get a second hand ult sporter but missed the sale so went for a daystate regal xl instead. Have always sort of regreted it abit.

Please keep us informed of how you get on.
