What is best for a sea eagle mate 177 or 22 can’t get the video to work what’s killing the sheep ? We had some cameras out on an estate in Scotland last year and caught Fox,s taking down adult sheep by attacking there legs at night

he only seems to care about things he likes, he doesn't (or didn't) have a problem with shooting deer but folk can't shoot anything he likes. The bird lot have controlled crows for years on reserves but he doesn't want others doing it?

farmers have the right to shoot a dog if its worrying stock, so they should be able to protect lambs without some feckers permission

It doesn't make sense not compensating farmers. Even if farmers were taking the piss and claimed for 400 lambs between them on that island at 100 quid a pop(40,000) the government won't pay but would happily pay maybe 3 wildlife rangers costing 50,000 each including vehicles to protect the birds at a cost of 150,000 per year. Pay the men and bring them on board for support. Everyone would like to see a wild eagle once in their lifetime. Killarney national park in county Kerry (Ireland) has 40 wildlife rangers at what cost? Because most of them do fcuk all. Every reintroduction of eagles has failed miserably due to been shot or poisoned because they won't play ball with the farmers. They are happy to keep themselves in jobs at 2 million per year but won't pay out 50,000 in compensation.
