Do you have any favourite recipes.? Slow growing with not much meat return on a kid goat I suppose so there wouldn't be much profit in farm rearing them. Agreed it's wonderful tasting meat though. Really popular here.used to do about 50 a week for 1 farmer and 20 for another.all billys.quite alot for a small slaughterhouse like that.£7/kg goat meat.more expensive than lamb.
