Hey, no disrespect Performance but you go for what you like in your country.

You asked for opinion and you got it. Thing is you know your dog, what suits you and you should do what you feel right. I wish you all the best in your quest.

Though just one thought... Over here we try, through difficult government legislation to produce decent bull blooded lurchers, i'd go as far as to say they are more popular here than anywhere else. 

APBT have been a banned breed for many years now and the AB (sports preformance included) are not and there are may about. So why do lurcher breeders still try to seek out APBT blood before anything else and why, if AB dogs are here in number, do they not use AB blood...?

Now, that aint a statement to put you off your quest, like i said, you know your dog and its capabilities and i do not BUT if its opinion that you seek, over here it may be a little different than you were expecting...
