Stavross 16,038
I think it’s the coatings on the lens that are different, the scope that’s on my .243 works really well in low light, I think the cheaper vortex scopes don’t have the same coating on the lens so would work better with the pard
Keaner 97
Did just compare both vortex's on Uttings and it says they both have the same coatings?
Stavross 16,038
It looks like I may of mislead you there, Ive just had a look and the new scope all seem to use the same coating, I was told when I bought mine the coating was different for use in low light, maybe they have updated the rang and changed to the higher quality lens, if that’s the case and it has got the multi coated lens I wouldn’t recommend it with the pard and I’d be tempted to look at the Nikon
Keaner 97
Ok I have been looking at the bushnell ar 223 scopes, blackwood outdoors recommend the bushnell range with the pards and that scope seems to have a really good review so mite give that a go. Thanks for your advise stavross
