MTC Viper Connect on springer

Do you lads think the above scope would be any good on a springer (probably hw95) when i used it on my hw100 it was fine but you have to have your eye right up to it, i would probably end up getting a smack in the eye on a springer ? Thank you.

Only ever shot a springer with a connect on, on a Walter LGV comp ultra which had the nuts tuned off it. Still kissed the eye socket a touch mind. That rifle wasn’t a springer to be honest, even though it run the spring system, it was a joke how much work internally it had done.

I’m sure someone else asked this a while ago.
