pesky1972 5,219
Looking for a decent white gloss for doors and skirting. After the VOCs thing a few years ago I switched to Dulux Trade Satinwood. I like the finish, and you could train a monkey to put it on (my missus did) but it marks easy and (apparently) doesn’t clean up easy either. Hoping things have moved on a bit and someone could recommend a gloss which doesn’t yellow within a year.
jigsaw 11,863
im a painter by trade and i have never seen the Dulux satinwood yellow that quick .I take it ,that its your home your using it in ?..have you used undercoat under it and theres no severe heat from radiators and extreme heat being the problem?if you are not happy with the product ,try Johnsons satin white ,see how that goes ,another good quality product
Spookz 5
Try Tikkurila Helmi 30, as easy apply as the Dulux satinwood, nice finish with it too.
