Well, in Tver area where we live in it is not as cool as on the south, where are steppe vast areas and miles and miles of fields. Fields here are like 200-300 acres, not bigger, so it think in UK you have more space for hunting, honestly. And you also have rabbits!

over here 200/300 acres would be a whole farm?places with fields that big are few and far between....we don't have your freedom ....can only kill rats and rabbits?

I wonder what are the countries besides of US, Ireland and UK where lurchers and fast running dogs are popular?

We have a fairly small but dedicated bunch of running dog people in Australia. We can hunt rats, rabbits, fox, hares and pigs with sighthounds legally.Dogs mostly are whippets, greyhounds and their crosses and Australian staghounds(old roo dogs)when that was legal. We cant hunt deer or native animals legally with sighthounds.

thanks for info! oh, cool! plenty is allowed! hmm, pigs hunting never tried..while we have a lot wild pigs here..

do you have any video of how this happens? deers we can hunt, actually we can hunt everything as long it is in the allowed time and it does not belong to endangered species, but the woods are not very populated(

no rabbits in the whole of russia then olesia

almost no(. too cold, too little food, too many predators. there were few attempts to domesticate some wild rabbits from Poland or so in 1960s but results were pretty modest and no more tries happened
