He goes into detail what evidence he had and it was dismissed, even going and showing what the rules the court has to do to stay legal on issues relating to non reporting. Other reporters were there at the same time, also all what he said was available on a BBC news web site. No barrister would of got him of, they won't him locked up. Sending him to Belmarsh, we're is run by jihads, as been reported by wistle blower screw that works there.
