I think it can depend on the woman in general what the outcome will be... if she's gone half sensible and had a little bit of work done, just a bit so they perk up a bit more then that ain't so bad, 

when they go mad an it's obvious then it don't look too well in my opinion, little bit ain't no harm just to bring em back round abit but all that brand new breast caper ain't a bit of me
