Just check it, three shot group, that will tell you if re-zero is needed or not, I would always check on a new batch, for peice of mind, 1 Quote Link to post

I have very rarely noticed any difference on any rimfire ammo, especially HMR. Centrefire has its moments but tend to be pretty close, every now and again a BAD batch gets through, but on the whole factory stuff is pretty consistent. I tend to buy quite large quantities of all the ammo I use these days so batch variation isn't much of an issue for me. As walshie says, target shooting is potentially a different situation!
