Attempted vehicle theft

Short of removing the engine and locking it away in another county how do you keep your vans secure these days? I understand that locks simply give you time but what the actual f*ck are you keeping in them to the point they're teleporting them off your land?

Faraday cage effect mate.

The signal gets through but is scrambled. Best is to get a wire mesh box (Faraday cage), put your fobs/keys in there and no signals are getting through, full stop!

I think you can put them in a microwave to keep them secure too, just don't switch the fooker on lol

I think you could pick a crook lock with a fork what you eat with, and them handbrake gearstick locks arnt the best think they just pull the top of gear head stick off and lock slides up,I’d try and remove any battery in keys keep in microwave or get small led box or block car in with another car just makes it that more awkward to stall them when trying to pinch it

Mate had an Atra GTE stole back in the day,all they did with the handbrake/gearstick lock was to push gear lever as far as possible over to passenger side with there foot until gear lever bends then the lock slides off the handbrake. When the car was recovered the lock was still swinging on the gearstick, useless anti theft device tbh .
