Sea trout

Which part of the wear steg?I was born and brought up virtually on the banks,and spent a lot of time fishing it as a kid,great river,i live in an ".........…...On Thames" Village now,much as I like the thames its not quite the same as the wear.

I can't help as I have zero experience with sea trout but I know a spot not far from us on the river U R E Tim.  I catch plenty of salmon parr and see the odd salmon. I imagine the sea trout are in there? Pm me if your interested.
