adamb20 22
I had a £15 1million power candle power lamp from homebase and lamped with that for nearly 6 months and it was fine for staying out for an hour and having a few runs, it was plenty powerful enough and had the battery built in to it, best sort to start with i think. This x-mas good old santa claus brought me a proper lamping kit and its great, but i still think the cheap one from homebase was well worth the money and a great lamp to start with until you are sure you want to spend lots of money on a proper kit. you better off with a clulite to start with if any, thats what i got, but at the end of the day you might as well get a striker or blitz because you going to eventualy i promise ye. Wild_and_Irish 11
I've used a torch before and it was better than the sort of thing you described, just get a striker a car battery and strip down the wires. Quote Link to post
