novice 25
Hi all, Can anyone tell me if there are any disadvantages (or out and out danger ) to fitting a mod rated for .30 calibres to a .243? I have the chance of a used PES mod, but its rated for .30 cals and I shoot a .243 Cheers, Novice Quote Link to post
Guest baldie
No problem at all mate, the .30 cal designation, means all calibres up to, and including .30 cal can be put through it.Its the size of the moderators bore, it refers to.However, one specifically for a .243 [6mm] would be ever so slightly quieter, but not really worth worrying about.
