Mrs cooks a fair bit in the slow cooker jig,just never done hare,ate it after a nights lamping when i was a teenager,roasted on open fire lol,was nasty so never bothered again....what veg goes best with it

Each there own mate if I got 1 I'd most likely frame it there is places not too far from here with plenty about but where I go there a rarity

Put the hare in water with some salt overnight it takes the strong taste away, then slow cook
