You may be thinking what’s he want to know that for? It’s because in general there are lots of good topics on THL but some of the comments have me scratching my head to how they have come to that conclusion, is it silly old b*****ds or younger lads not  long left school or both?  So come on don’t be shy I will get the ball rolling I am 54.

They come to a conclusion because they have an opinion, age is no barrier for an opinion.

I’ve worked with lads who had 30 yrs experience on the job but we’re useless, age and time on the job don’t always equate to knowledge,like wise I’ve trained apprentices at work who thought they new everything with just a few years on the job, come on Gilbey you can’t make a comment like that and not state your age.

Yes your correct but as you live life and experiences some of your opinions will change with age.

its just a observation, I mean its the same handful of people not all older members, surely you've noticed it. Its not a dating site so age isn't important

prob one of the older daft fookers  on here   66 , and i tell you what it a twat getting older, wish i was  30 again    at 30  your at your best i think, your strong/fit  and your mind in the right place i reckon, with life in general . regards hunting   age dont always bring scene , i know lots of lads 1/2 my age  know more about hunting than me, ive learned fair bit from younger blokes. i didnt come in to hunting (lurchers) until  i was 30 ,  we had bull breeds before, i grew up with them as kid  our staffs were like some pits of today. seen few lurchers about when younger most were kept by gypos  etc  when walking our dogs , they catch few rabbits or the odd hare , but thought nothing more of it back then preferred  my bull breeds . just fancied  a change of dog when i got bit older, i wanted a fit,healthy  clever dog, and lurchers are that, and you can have bit of fun with them, and catch your dinner if need be .
