That's it lots of x's would take deer but just because they have the breeding dosnt mean they will do it some dogs do some don't if they have the knack then they've got it if not then unlucky

I always used to favour a dog 25" or above 30+ years ago, moved 350 miles and found that was overkill on roe, pre ban of course

To many lads get hung up on height, a bit extra height can add a bit more pace which is not necessarily needed IMO a dog has to be fast enough yes but that's only one piece of the puzzle, if speed was all that's needed we would all be running greyhounds.
