first crosses don't have the wind or recovery of a line bred dog in general, most well bred coursing dogs contain more saluki than anything else, and that coming through aint no bad thing in my eyes for what they bred for, rather that than greyhound.

Until  you work any dog on varied amount of different quarry then youl get a better picture of what any breed is capable off me I had other ideas the recovery rate was usually a few days

Yep, slow cooker very good too, I just love curries, put any meat in tastes half decent
