Rickshaw swami 4,165
I own this picture. It is what made the original pitdog. These dogs came over with their owners from England and Ireland.15 years ago I was introduced to a few houndsmen, one from England and one from Ireland both of which asked for a good bull to cross to their lurchers. They had moved here to work coyote packs for rich folks because of laws in their countries.I gifted them one and laughed and said y'all had these dogs first. Growing up as a kid I watched bulldog men ship dogs to other countries and laugh and say they will never have what we got.Now Americans are bringing those dogs back 30 years later. With the current state of affairs it would be wise for UK Dogmen to take heed for history repeats itself.I would hate to know that some of your grandchildren would have to deal with the dog pimps and peddlers here.i am stuck at home sick.I can't dig so passing out free advice. Before someone calls me a yank,my forefathers died fighting yanks.Rather be called a goat humping hillbilly. 6 Quote Link to post
