Gun dog type??

Can a lurcher be trained as a gun dog? Or are they nor suited?

Whats the best way to train your dog for this?

Classes?

Self taught?

Any dog will pick it up if u start early anuff i got a little Jack and i used to just let her go grab the things inhad shot with the air rifle in the garden dispatch the odd pigeon and stuff like that now she will water retrieve and all sorts ahe also marks trees where birds and squirrels are aswrll
