While fishing a very large gravel pit in Hungary locals kept some small fish 4/5lb which they cooked for us. Marinated in herbs and spices then bbq’d, that was delicious a firm meaty flesh. Besides the different cooking methods the water they came from was crystal clear, like tap water. As opposed to the Ural carp which came from turbulent coloured water! Quote Link to post
