Greyman 28,627 Posted November 21, 2018 Report Share Posted November 21, 2018 You need to put something of size next to footprints, mustelids have five toes and some pictures it does appear to have five but in others it's four ? the rear pad appears to have 3 loabs in some making them look feline but cats put a back foot over a front one usually, it's called direct registry if it was a fresh otter it would also have a tail mark, so I,m going for an old otter or fresh mink probably the latter if the Mud is soft as a good dog otter is the size of a badger and would of sunk in more so another vote for mink but without scale means nothing, here's a badger in one of my sand traps mostly only shows 4 toes Quote Link to post Share on other sites
