daz 0 Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 just got a old fiesta m'reg for shooting etc just to put rabbits in the boot so the other half doesent moan about the smell and mess.paid £100 -ten months mot-1 months tax.so ive been looking for insurance on the net got a quote for £400 thirdparty and a other quote for £310 ([bANNED TEXT] a ripoff) so tried gocompare.com the cheapest quote is £113 so gonna go with that one(swinton) also have a sportage ive been paying£280 fully comp .so tried swinton and they came back with£176 fully comp just shows shop about before buying insurance happy newyear everyone Quote Link to post Share on other sites

valentino 0 Posted January 1, 2008 Report Share Posted January 1, 2008 just to add,...i personally dont believe the internet is the cheapest...infact its not ,..... if you do get a good quote online, phone them up and ask for more off,....obviously you have got to give abit speil,...i.e your happy with the company, happy with the cover, happy with you (the person your talking o on the phone),.....its just the price,..if we can get the price right i'll do a deal today...etc etc...its easy,......if you look around the room your sitting in now, everything has been bought and sold,...everything has to be forsale so keep haggling,...it works on anything....even car insurance regards valentino Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I've had Fiesta van (1.8 d), Daihatsu Fourtrack and a number of Series 3 LR's with them, very very good service and price. Not even close on my Range Rover, its with Elephant.
