Look up and down the country speak to as many whippet owners that are working their dogs as you can try and see some out working then you will realise that your better off with finding a lurchedr stud

????? what best whippets in the country you seen mate ?

Firstly  yas no my mate and secondly seen some a the best non peds ever ta grace these lands plus plenty of the best preban coursing stock , anything else fella you'd be best sticking ta yas profile fishing fa carp.have owned peds that could do thirties Conies not on the fast winter wheat ground though on the stubbles of the dales had twenty more yrs ago before you and yas side kicks were fecking playing snakes and ladders its scrouts back snyders that befall a breed yas ain't had them a moment yet plenty peds this ways show and work xes and non peds show that do what they need to slow moves on shitty slow ground two a penny non a thems yas running would put a good show on fast ground on educated long ears non a this green ,long ears . That curs can catch I had the pleasure of visiting the east of England running grounds watching what most thought were the best in the land ,but that was there land not the lay mans land .i have seen em owned em  atb bill

I Cana see what the big deal his with covering anything a man feels ,his stud etc ,having this in the head of my stud this and that's bollocks fella get from up ya own ause ,I seen the best whippets in the country bar none cover fecking allsorts from terriers ta pit bulls what's the gripe ,the fecking dodger stud produced the studs that being used now what's the big deal but a semen no big deal have thee not spurted ta lot in a unknown lass in a weekend of madness if not try it it'll do thy good .ausoles are born and made down get lost in that crass fella whippets are part fecking terrier any way .atb bill

That's why I'm puting my leggy Russell dog over my grey blooded whippet bitch. The first cross will make good ferreting dogs with plenty of drive, then crossed back to a whippet to get a gamer whippet with thicker skin for other stuff.

The xs bred havin nothing to prove the pures need lots a work and lots a going through a good few brace before one gets the desired results,,give me a xs bred any day of the week I had pure could kill green long ears regular shite on winter wheat educated Conies left them fa dead same animal skillet easily in dales or earlier in season, that bit faster means a lot the lot slower can mean a few more in the bag up the dales . These modern pures are no better or worse than thirty yrs ago nothing new same old same some come okay lots fail to connect with fast Conies through lack of initial acceleration speed ,X sing with a terrier gives fast take of speed the  stifle his straightened giving  a totally different running action than pur breds ,the Russell terrier like the beddie terrier has lots of admires in a whirrier type jukel even the whippet fanciers keep the beddie X why if there pure whippets are the be all for a coney jukel because they not ,they just a fancy different the best whippets are found on a track or the coursing field fact the rest are second to  whiirrier jukels .atb bill
