Removing silencer thats been stuck on with loctite

Hi all

I was just wondering If there Is any efficient method to remove a moderator from an air rifle that has been screwed and stuck on with loctite,

Use an old bike inner tube

wrap it around the silencer and twist

watch the barrel mind as it may turn it with it having lock tight on

you may need to lock the barrel down so it secure

use some of the tube and wrap it round the barrel its up to you what you use to lock the barrel down

hair dryer heat the threaded area use a tea towel so you don't burn your hand

I agree with a bit of both the above and those bottle openers that you can buy will give protection to the barrel / mod while applying pressure.
