Youse do relise a dog barking at someone is a sign of nerve ? It doesnt mean a dog thinks hes a proper dude it means hes trying to show hes a big. when you see proper dogs bark at someone its a sign of training or frustration alot of real biters wont bark at all they act like a lurcher would when ts seen something.think thats what alot of lads lurchers do ive seen a few lurchers bite but they aint what id call gaurdy.

Mine only barked once, then went completely silent and menacing. Never seen him do it before but it was obvious to anyone what he was thinking. Shit me up coz the git was off his lead

Barking is a watch dog a chihuahua can be a good watch dog, you right in a seance barking can be nerve depends in the manor in what way a dog does it, I can switch a dog onto "watch" command and he will bark his head off (absloutly no nerve) until I give the comand to bite I never train them in that command I'll tell them either "go" or "now"

 My guard dogs,pit/am bulldogs bark and if you come in they will attack.No training for this.Who cares if it's nerve or they are just hard,mean dogs,the intruder is going to be stopped either way,which is all I'm worried about living in a remote area.

As you can see they are fat old fcks,they would rather a calf muscle off the bone than a bait,not many people around here but it's good they bark for that reason.

I had to have stitches in my arm from a boerboel , if it hadn’t of let go when it realised who I was I would have been f****d don’t matter how big you are you would not get that to let go if it ment it my mates got 2 and had them since pups big lumps of dogs never ever bothered me in 7 year until I walked down yard in rain with my hood up and thought I’m having that c**t dragged me to floor then once it saw me it let go , doesn’t even bark at my car they are very clever dogs

and protection dogs a playing really aren’t they think it’s a game
