Ye reckon, Malts? Takes me fourteem weeks to House Train a pup. Haven't had Dingo Dog here that long and he's long since House Trained ;)

Friend of mine was handed an adult, street corner American Pit Bull who'd never been taught a thing in his life. Inside of fifteen minutes and in front of whitnesses, he had that Dog trained in basic obediance.

Well, ok. We make exceptions for Jon. He's God.

i think it depends on the dog's own willingness to learn.... AND the person training him.

i dont understand blanket statements like this. people believing there is only one true way to do ANYTHING.... as if all living creatures with minds only think one certain way.

who ever came up with that saying must not have known very many dogs of any age.....

one thing i know for certain is you can "untrain" an older dog... when i was living at home with my mom i had her collie trained to do all kinds of stuff. was the best well behaved dog you hoped to meet. but after i moved out the dog turned out to be a punk! she would chase and or snap at small kids, tore the house to shreds, steal food right off your plate WHILE you were holding it, and if you did something to piss her off she would piss on your favourite chair!
