just on doing up a old supersport which was heading for the skip ,anyone got a silencer which fit ,i did take a adapter off with some force ready to re-blue the metalwork but binned it as it wasnt to good ,

What size/type fitting do you need?

barrel is 15.5mm thats all i know, probably need some open sights to go on it as well.dont now much about them to be honest just fancied a little project

It might be worth trying a RFD as Weihrauch make a silencer for hw77 which also has open sights.

could anyone recommend a shop or a brand  whats worth looking at , is one as good as the other any advice appreciated

Have a look at Chambers and Knibbs for the open sights.

 

For a silencer, you might be better off looking for an adaptor to go on the barrel that has a 1/2" male thread - then you could fit most silencers.

thanks i will have a look .just on with the steelwork re-blueing  ,you dont get that good of a finish not compared to new rifles . i have a hw80 newstill boxed and a 100  .also a old gem which is hung up on the wall but havnt mucked about with them  ,
