king 11,972 Posted August 28, 2018 Report Share Posted August 28, 2018 13 minutes ago, mackem said: Do either of you still paraglide?Or did you just decide to call it quits while your luck was still in? no met the wife then and had 3 lads mackem so decided to hold back a bit and sold the wing.i did get into superbikes for 10yrs and started the selfish act of fast road riding.had some very close calls within inch's of being wiped out.so sold the bikes then.im definately going to get a paramotor in a few years though.ive been watching vids for years.it makes you neck hair stand up.ive got a very strong fear of height's though.i cant go to the top of a walkway without wanting to jump off.i know it sound's strange but some weird urge in me wants to jump.i dont want to jump but something in me wants to weird.and yet i can push muck off a 200ft sheer cliff in a dozer and put the blade over the edge every push, edited to add.that video was excellent quality.the lad being filmed cant stop smiling.it's suprising how much power is in them motors with his rate of climb a few times. No vids mate,got one of me landing badly looking like a complete plum loads of pics,if you look at the vid of the guy flying in dubai I put up you see the cam following him?Its tied on his wing,thats what most people are using now to do those flying vids.If you want to do the course I can recommend a guy who is I think 11'th best in the world,his skills are off the scale,i was training with him when the indian came to be trained by him for the world championships,his skills are off the scale. 6 minutes ago, ChrisJones said: That's not always a bad thing, Mack.
