Apache... 2,588
Ziggy, I'm not knocking what you do your a braver man than me to put a dog in them places but tell me do you purposely seek out these places to work your terriers or is it a lack of natural earths in you area, would you not rather have a dig to your dog and have more of a chance getting a result. Rat face 1,655
I think if you was wanting results/numbers you get twice as many from the rocks than soil earths around our area 1 Quote Link to post

ands 544
Great thread - i think we'd all be surprised how often a fox is to ground in rocks and we struggle to mark him? 2 Quote Link to post
russell tuck 127
For me watch a fox bolt and skip across the rocks on to the hill is something special the only other place that gives me a simular buzz is hay stacks and bails 1 Quote Link to post
Apache... 2,588
Surprising that tank!! You would think a dry, draught free earth would be more suitable than a cold airy pile of rock, maybe they know something we dont "cunning as a fox" no truer saying. Quote Link to post

I’d compare rock piles to thick cover for holding foxes, just my opinion though. Quote Link to post
