Drug taking is acceptable here mate,actually condoned,ciggies and alcohol,look at the damage they do to society,far greater burden on the NHS than any other drug,check out the stats,I have.

I have been to California years ago,i went to LA real downtown downtrodden gang-banger type area called Stockton,it was horrible,if that's the American dream its a f***ing nightmare,i wanted to walk around,my mate said don't go around on your own you will be shot by latinos or nig-nogs

Take the drug use out of that city and it’s problems would be halved , to my mind that makes drugs a major factor in that cities problems . I mean come on needles and shit laying around

Massive amount of homelessness there mate,mental illness,job-loss,whats the saying most americans are one pay check away from poverty? I can see how it would be easy to be homeless there,everything on credit,the crap on the ground is a by-product of a far bigger problem.
