It's where I took my kids and went as a kid mate, it's a really nice place. If I remember correctly they allow bbqs but not wood burning. The owner (Gavin I think but it's been about 9 years since I was last there) is a decent sort, takes no shit, so if anyone is fuuckin about, he'll deal with it no bother ;) he'll also direct you to the cave. Follow the path along the river and about 1 km is a really good swimming area, keep going and you'll find the pub ;) lol

Pm me if you want anymore info mate, I've spent a load of time up that area but I can't express enough to get the OS map for the area, some amazing walks and places to watch sunrise/set that are easy enough for kids ;)

Them places never seem to change but there the best ones in my eyes. I will be heading up there if not the weekend the during the week so if I need any more info I’ll send you a pm. Thanks again. Igz
