sounder 9 Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 well lads went out last nite to the home house for a shine.being trying to get a fox out there for a long time 2 years at less he has only a tail about 5 to 6 inches never look at the lamp for long just tips away.i have ran this fox alots of times but no good i seen him one day 2 years ago he ran right be me he knew he was safe. but i notice the stump of a tail.he alway stayed well out of range on the lamp.till i got something faster that my lurcher.my old man said the dogs are going mad at nite and one nite last week he came home to see him in the driveway. i spotted him last nite and set myself up for the shot at 250yards or so bang down he went . brought him back to the house to take a photo of him, a old fox he had being in the wars he had only one eye a stump of a tail,and all it nose was well marked from a terrier i say, a tooth or two missing,i have a photo of him but have not uploaded it yet,he must of had a hard life over the years he beat lurcher and terrier but not the .243,but i never forget the one, cheer sounder Quote Link to post
